SUNDAY'S FOOD FOR THOUGHT- THE "F" WORD THAT YOU TRY TO IGNORE

Welcome ladies and gentlemen to today's Sunday Food for thought where I will be sharing with you the power of forgiveness. In today's world a lot of people believe when you are unforgiving that means you are tough and it is a way to show that you are strong. Contrary to popular belief, the truth of the matter is,forgiving people are much stronger than the unforgiving ones because they have believed what happened is too small to stop them moving to something greater/destiny. And the devil has used this as a weapon to make a lot stop and never realize what they were called out here to do. The message I will be sharing with you is from a motivational speaker, Tonny Robbins as he explains forgiveness means to him. ENJOY.  Forgiveness is the gift you give yourself, not a gift you give someone else So many people today yearn for happiness, joy, and love – seemingly, to no avail. We live in a world with so many choices, and resources, and freedoms, and so much technology

Hello ladies and gentlemen, welcome to our today’s Sunday Food for thought. This will be the final part on the ways to combat the cognitive distortions. For the new readers, you are warmly welcome and you can still access the previous posts to get the full message and learn from them.
